1. Account Deletion Request

Users may request deletion of their Cutlabs mobile application account and personal data associated with the account. Requests may be submitted through in-app support or by emailing [email protected].

2. Request Details

Including your registered name, phone/email information and the phrase “account deletion request” will help us verify and process your request.

3. Data to Be Deleted

Account information, profile information, application preferences and transaction records linked to the user account will be deleted or anonymized to the extent permitted by law.

4. Legal Retention Obligations

Certain data such as invoice, payment, order, accounting, security and dispute records may be retained for the periods required by applicable legislation.

5. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are finalized within a reasonable time after identity/verification checks are completed. Users may be informed about the status of the request through the relevant communication channel.
